Hi, i'm Dinah
I am an internationally accredited energy healer and trained Lomi Lomi bodyworker with a bachelor of contemporary art. I hold space and accountability for people who know that life is deeper than what is seen and want to work holistically at creating a life full of pleasure and liberation. I am passionate about bringing high-quality holistic therapies that are practical and results-driven to Cape Town.

I prioritize a sense of safety and direction in my practice as I support people in exploring what they want their lives to look like through a powerful range of energy work. Because everything is energy, I enjoy facilitating an open space of play with different angles towards energy healing - whether through bodywork, divination tools, human design, conversation or energy readings. I am adaptive and passionate about shifting sessions to cater towards each person's intention while being honest with whether my offering aligns with your goals.

I enjoy making use of short surveys in my practice to track progress as they give us a more objective perspective of your health and happiness over time, however - this is always optional.

My work is rooted in Parts Work and Soul Retrieval, meaning that I work with the intention to meet and resolve conflict between different aspects of the personality in order to experience inner peace. For more information about Parts Work please look at my blog section in the menu above.
My practices' processes are developed from the Gurdjieff Enneagram, also called the face of God, which captures, in its symbol, the nature of events and goals. Being familiar with this nature I can guide people to understand the path towards achieving their goals through all stages of will, fear, and surrender. Please find more about this in my blog too. ​​
