My greatest joy is uncovering the hidden forces that shape and cause a situation - whether that situation is a sprained ankle, unwavering grief or a lack of insight into your purpose. I love to journey into the subconscious, the unconscious and the disowned - gently walking people through difficult choice points with magical tools. All of my sessions include channelled insight into the words of support and guidance that your spirit team share with me. I am here for those that want change, but arent sure of their next step.

I have studied traditional Lomi Lomi with international master teacher Sarah Hutt. I have been internationally accredited as an energy healer with The School of Intuition and Healing, and I was initiated into facilitating magical processes with Mami Onami's esoteric school, Safehouse. I have also received a Bachelor in Contemporary Art with Cape Town Creative Academy.

Lomi Lomi uses luscious, flowing bodywork as a portal to release what we hold but no longer wish to carry. It nurtures the body and being into such deep bliss that all contraction can soften. In this state of complete safety, the nervous system stops resisting life, the energy field becomes fluid and spacious. We drop so fully into embodiment and softness that what no longer serves us can slip away with ease. This is the essence of Ho‘oponopono - gratitude and reconciliation with where we are, what we are and what we want to be. Careful, deep manipulation of tissues, fascia systems, and the organs they protect leaves the body feeling loose, open, and at ease in the world - but it is the energetic container of gratitude and release that ensures these pains are met and resolved at their root.

Dive into your unconscious and resolve internal conflict. Parts work is a portal to deep self-love and liberation. Inside you, different parts hold your desires, fears, and past wounds—some working in harmony, others locked in conflict. This practice guides you to meet each part with love, bringing them out of shame and into integration. Instead of battling yourself, you become the one who listens, heals, and leads from wholeness. If you've ever felt stuck in patterns you know aren’t serving you, this is the key to unlocking real, lasting freedom. In the first session we begin by identifying your greatest goal and your greatest block towards this goal. We then move into communicating with both the part of you that wants this goal and the part of you that doesn't. Ultimately through the sessions we find resolution between these parts by finding a solution that aligns with both. This resolution means that you no longer feel like you are sabotaging yourself, you will no longer feel like you are being pulled in different directions. Based on intuition, we will carve out and integrate an offering that includes other modalities where necessary.

This is for people who have tried other modalities and are ready to work with the root, no matter how dark it may be - people who are ready for clarity. This is for people who deeply desire something and don't know what the next step is to achieve it. This is for people who are looking for a sense of accountability and support on their journey through shadow work.

Do I need to book online or can I pay in person?

We completely understand that it may be more comfortable to pay in person, especially if it is your first session with us.
Paying online protects us from no-shows or late cancellations.
If you are sure of your availability, you are welcome to message us to book a time through the contact form below and pay in person.

What are your working hours?

Our working hours are flexible and change depending on the needs of clients. We have availability from 7am to 10pm but once we have 4 sessions in that time frame per practitioner, we close bookings.
