Where Ancient Hawaiian Bodywork Meets Inner Transformation
This is more than a massage, it's nourishment for the most tender, tense and tired parts of you.
Lomi Lomi uses the forearm and elbow for deeper, more nourishing pressure
Lomi Lomi is, in its essense, a healing ceremony inspired by the ocean and created by ancient Hawaiian Kahunas
Remaining disconnected from the body and feelings costs us passion, direction and flow
"A traditional Hawaiian healing practice that works through the tension and trauma in the soft tissues with the intention of reaching down to the bones, tapping into the mana, which is our life force."
Tim Kiri
This practice is for you if...
Your body is tired and needs deep rest and nourishment
You're looking for a massage that is not mechanical but responds to your body's needs
You want to understand what your symptoms are trying to communicate
You struggle with anxiety, restlessness, or a nervous system that feels “stuck.”

How We'll Flow

Arrival and Quick Check in:
We tune into where your body is holding tension and use oracle cards to understand the intention for the session.
Healing Bodywork session:
The session is built on deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Practitioners use rhythmic forearm techniques and targeted deep-tissue work to mobilize fascia, release stored tension, and support the body’s stress-recovery response. Each session is personalized to the areas where your body is holding the most load.
Integration:
After the session, you receive intuitive feedback on patterns noticed in your body and energy field, along with practical steps to support continued regulation and resilience. This could be ancestral, emotional, familial, related to the chakras, the aura, energetic cords, your inner child, or so much more.

Dinah Frey
I have devoted my life to understanding the hidden forces behind what we experience in the body, the psyche, and the deeper layers of meaning in our lives. Excellence is one of my core values.
My approach blends extensive traditional Lomi Lomi training with intuitive systemic insights I began receiving at a young age, supporting clients through both physical tension and inner turning points.
I trained in traditional Lomi Lomi with international master teacher Sarah Hutt, hold international accreditation through The School of Intuition and Healing, and was initiated into transformational process work through Mami Onami’s Safehouse school. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Art.
