We then move into communicating with both the part of you that wants this goal and the part of you that doesn't, ultimately finding resolution between these parts - finding a solution that aligns with both. This resolution means that you might no longer feel like you are sobotaging yourself, you will not longer feel like you are being pulled in different directions.

We then move to the bodywork, where you can turn down the noise of your conscious brain and allow your subconscious to integrate the parts work so that it doesn't just change how you see yourself, it changes how you live your life.
